I understand what its like to look in the mirror and hate what you see. We're constantly bombarded with images of 'beautiful' women and men, and it can leave us feeling less that perfect. It can get so bad that you end up hating your appearance, and you feel insecure within yourself. I know what its like - i've been there. I've also grown in confidence, and I've emerged on the other side feeling stronger than ever. I hope this video will help you if you look in the mirror and see nothing but 'flaws'. I love you. x
