Lets go on a Thomas The Tank train ride using the classic Thomas DUPLO Lego sets. There is Thomas, Percy, Gordon, James, Spencer & Salty. Toby, Cranky and Harold are just taking it easy. I powered the classic Thomas DUPLO with the trains from modern Duplo train sets. I had to do a slight modification to make the powered trains couple with the reversed Thomas Duplo couplers. For a very young childrens toy this is one of the best toy train sets I have seen. My son loved playing with this even though he was well over the age it's designed for. The Thomas DUPLO characters were not powered and are designed as push along trains. But the real beauty of this toy train is exposed once you get the trains moving by themselves. I purchased this amazing Thomas toy on eBay and the unboxing was totally epic.

This Thomas DUPLO toy is one of the best we have looked over. Because Mattel toy company owns Thomas & Friends there is next to no chance Lego will make a Thomas The Tank toy again.
