Ingredients
1 Egg
1.5 Tablespoons of cream
1 Teaspoon of melted butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
2-3 Cut up Cherry tomatoes
Torn up bread - 1/3 of a slice
1-2 Tablespoons of cheese
Add some herbs - chives, parsley etc
