A Kookaburra was stuck in an underground car park at an abandoned shopping centre so I helped it out. Then a look at a growing problem in Berowra (Or BTown as it's affectionately known) that's been getting worse and worse. Every weekend there is signs of social decay & teenage crime. Lots of graffiti, underage drinking, damage to property, and theft at schools and churches. But the very strange aspect to all this is the candy / junk food connection. Why are the kids going on candy energy drink rampages through the suburb destroying property. I know exactly when and where this is going to happen. So why can't the Police sort out this ever growing problem.
