Lilac Buttercream Flower Cake - CAKE STYLE ─ Cake Style

A fun and simple lilac buttercream flower cake that couldn't be easier to make!
When I'm in the mood to whip up a cake at the last minute, there's every chance it's going to be a buttercream piping kind of cake. If you're looking for a cake with texture, flowers, fun colours, and something not too tricky, this is absolutely the cake for you! I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier.

• Two 7" round sponge cakes
• Sweet Buttercream
- 300g (10.5oz) bright purple shade (3 parts Americolor Electric Purple and 1 part Americolor Electric Pink )
- 300g (10.5oz) light purple (equal parts Americolor Regal Purple and Americolour Electric Purple)
- 300g (10.5oz) dark purple (equal parts Americolor Regal Purple and Americolour Electric Purple)
- 50g (1.7oz) plain for filling and #2 tip
