Hey lovely! Today's video is a what I eat in a day video + a butt workout at gym. This video is also super helpful to show how I get back on track after an indulgent period / binging. This is a typical full day of eating for me, but this is a very "healthy" kinda day. I enjoy a balanced lifestyle, where some days I'll eat super clean and others I'll be on the couch with a pizza in one hand and a wine in the other. It's all about listening to your body, and I hope this video helps give an insight of my diet :)
I no longer track my macros or calories as that really messed me up mentally. I just eat when I'm hungry and fuel my body with what it needs!
