The epic battle between Superman vs Shazam place in Grand Theft Auto V

The Wizard Shazam is an ancient wizard who fights the forces of evil using magic which he bestows upon the champion of Earth. One of his earlier champions was Teth-Adam, who became known as "Black Adam" whom the Wizard banished. The Wizard soon began to watch Billy Batson, and saw his pure heart and tough childhood would make him Earth's newest champion, granting Billy powers by saying the Wizard's name.

Kal-El aka Clark Joseph Kent is an alien superhero and one of the last surviving Kryptonians. Sent away from Krypton as a baby by his parents to Earth, he was found by Jonathan and Martha Kent who adopted and raised him, renaming him Clark Joseph Kent. Growing up, he developed superhuman powers which he kept secret at the urging of his adoptive parents. When Dru-Zod and his followers came to Earth in search of Kal-El, he proudly protected his adopted home from Zod's wrath as a hero who became known as Superman.
