My final look at my local ToysRUs closing down sale at day 9 and day 6 of the last days of trade. It's quite amazing what sells and what just sits waiting for bigger discounts. Obviously LEGO has proven to be the best seller and all the stock was gone at the 25% discount markdown. Seeing Hot Wheels, Disney Cars, Star Wars, Film franchise toys not selling at discount prices paints an awkward picture. Thomas & Friends toys sold well except for Trackmaster 2 playsets. All the smaller Thomas toys and Thomas Wood and Wooden Railway was sold at 10% to 20% discount.
